Mark is full of life!! He enjoys meeting new people and is very energetic and passionate about his work. While he started in manufacturing, he found his calling training and coaching others on continuous improvement. Mark firmly believes in developing “roadmaps” for success and is always learning new things. He is a published author with his book ‘15 Minutes: The Six Principles of Success’, which you can get from Amazon. He has been married for 42 years and has three children and grandchildren. He has a deep love for music and is an accomplished musician. Mark will be visiting each of our facilities so keep an eye out for him! Welcome to the team Mark!

Erika started in accounting but found that she enjoys digging into and providing data to those that need it. She has been married 34 years, has two children and has lived all over the world with her husband who retired from the Army after 25 years. She still loves to travel just about anywhere.
