Bryant’s Excavation Inc. is installing their first retain-it modular stormwater system for the new CVS store on Wythe Creek Road in Poquoson, VA.
The system consists of 34 each 3’ tall (inside) inverted retain-it modules with slab tops. The detention system stores 5670 CF of water, has an internal weir wall / baffle outlet control wall, access manholes, and is situated on an extremely tight jobsite.
The retain-it modules and top slabs were produced at the CP&P Ashland precast plant.
