Owner: Frederick County Sanitation Authority Contractor: Perry Engineering Co., Inc. Engineer: Painter-Lewis, P.L.C.
Design Information: End Suction Lift Station – fully assembled by Clear Flow by Concrete Pipe & Precast including the electrical install with SCADA systems.
Installation Information: The precast concrete wet well is first installed and backfilled to grade by the site contractor. After the backfill is in place, CP&P’s Clear Flow Team pours a concrete slab around the installed wet well to accommodate a Clear Flow (10’ x 12’) Precast Building. The team returns to assemble the precast building on the slab, as well as the sewage lift pump assembly and generator all on the same day. The building is painted white after it has “dried in.” The Clear Flow Team electrician then installs the control panel, incoming power base, lights, heater, exhaust fan, and SCADA panel. Finally, after the installation is complete and passes inspection, startup is scheduled and performed for the facility owner.
