The CP&P project for the Wildcat Lindera Expansion Phase 16, designed by Thomas and Hutton in Mount Pleasant, SC, involved the installation of a precast box culvert under the road to support the new residential development for Lennar Carolinas, LLC of Charleston, SC. This development encompasses 82 townhomes and 48 single-family homes. Additionally, the project prioritized quality assurance, safety compliance, and timely completion, while ensuring effective joint sealing to meet community needs and support ongoing development initiatives.
